Mind Power - 3 Ways Towards True Self-Empowerment

The discoveries in science, psychology, biology, and shows that we are the rarest of all kinds in the world, because our Creator has given us a mind to think. We have the ability to set our minds by controlling our thoughts, about the environment in our lives from us. Our only task is to find out how.

To the power of our mind intelligently and effectively all we have to understand the components, like the spirit in accordance with the brain and body interact to determine our results. We can then simply replace the direction through the use of our thinking.

Are you familiar with the expression, we are all born perfect? This is because in the time we are born our brain is already programmed and ready to ensure that takes us from our Creator. It has all the chemical elements necessary for your body to function. All information that the chemical components, vitamin requirements, DNA, cardiovascular regulations, kidney and liver functions, disposal, fingerprints and other requirements, while its performance in the physical space on Earth.

We know the human body consists of 72% water, 21% and 7% protein and bone minerals. What we do not understand, it is the responsibility of the mind to the body and brain receive the right nutrients to a uniform basis, in order for the body to peak performance. The spirit must be directly on the body of the inclusion of life-sustaining food, which for maximum efficiency.

The challenge for us in life is that we do not have a manual for our own bodies. We spend our whole life by filtering information, by trial and error trying to do things better in our lives. The difficulty lies in understanding and identifying our own requirements. This is the reason why so many people are constantly on diets and why we have a better than 50% overweight problem today.

If we simplify things, then it is easy to understand, fully responsible, but only two things. Firstly, to determine which foods are compatible with our unique system. We must take the time to their own body fluid, protein, carbohydrates, fat and mineral requirements for optimum health. We have to ensure the quantity, quality, and how often we need them. Do not worry, it's not as difficult as it sounds.

Secondly we need to recognize what information we need or not to excel in our chosen professions. The question is how can we do this in the simplest, least time consuming way to get to our results as quickly as possible?

Why is this so important? If the spirit (and this is actually also) not to give the body the necessary ingredients for a proper functioning level, the brain has to work harder to compensate. The brain is a signal from the body, she is in distress.

Life Coach News - Change Your Beliefs to Change Your Life

I always tell my career coaching clients, that everything we do is based on agreements we make with ourselves, so if you want to make changes, you new agreement. But it can be hard. If we try to make a career or create a new path in life, many of us probably do not gain from the usual limits. Our thoughts and hearts are often to "comfort". We want to avoid risks or think that we are not qualified for this new dream. Change your attitude, and based on a new way of thinking can help you the results you want. That is what I do with my career coaching clients to do.

In his book, The Four Agreements, Don Miguel Ruiz proposes four ways to rid ourselves of the fear and the illusions that a faith that can bring us back to go after what we really want.

The four agreements are:

1. Impeccable with your Word: Speak with integrity. Say only what you mean. Avoid using the word to speak against yourself or gossip about others. Use the power of the word in the direction of truth and love.

2. Do not take anything personally: Nothing is done because of you. What others say and do is the projection of their own reality, their own dream. If you are immune to the opinions and actions of others, you will not be the victim of unnecessary suffering.

3. Do not Make Assumptions: Find the courage to ask questions and to express what you really want. Communication with others as clearly as possible to avoid misunderstandings, sadness and drama. With this agreement, you can completely transform your life.

4. Always Your Best: Your best is that from moment to moment, it will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick. Under any circumstances, do your best and you will avoid self-judgment, self-abuse and regret.

After reading Don Miguel wisdom, my eyes were opened to the realization that I'm the only one in control of my thinking. I realized that my mindset shift from assumptions that have self doubt on assumptions that are trying something new. After this realization was, I was able to change my paradigm shift from a fear-based "what-if" scenario for the understanding of the agreements with myself, I influence my present and future.

For most of us, we have habits, which for a very long time. We have learned the behavior at that date back to childhood. Our parents rewarded us if we have what they wanted, and they blame if we do not. The opinions of others, and their reactions to us, was a very strong force in the model we established. Through this process, we have agreements in our minds who we are or who we should not. Over time, we have learned to live according to the agreements of others.

If you decide to make changes in your life, you will be challenging the faith learned the habits and practices since his childhood. It seems daunting! But you can use this pattern.

If you intend to practice with yourself, you can quickly transfer your life by the experience of freedom to make decisions that honor your values.

by nature, I am a realist and recognize that the old fear-based beliefs can be difficult. It takes time and commitment to free from the fear of internal decision-making, emotional, and old patterns of thought, but it is a small concern when you realize the long-term strategy, fulfillment and satisfaction for your life. Life is short. Why not make it the best you can?

Mind, Body, Spirit - Healing is Possible

Almost every day, it seems, I hear from people who have given up. It is very unfortunate. "I did this," they say. "The doctor said. There is no cure."

"I take the pills, but they really do not. I still feel bad, and the pills, giving me even worse. There is no cure. It's hopeless. I'm doomed to a life of pain." Or poverty. Or solitude. The "Not" may be different, but the essence of the situation is the same. Things seriously, and the person is overwhelmed.

Here is what I really want to know. Where is the doctor or the relationship expert, or financial advisor who truly say that things are hopeless? Generally not to be found.

* The doctor can really say: "I have no more to offer."

* The consultant had said, "They are highly indebted."

* The relationship could be experts have expressed, "They sound extremely needy - as a victim."

Each of these statements expresses an objective view of the expert of your current situation, and it is perhaps not beautiful. But in general, the experts do not suggest that you give up. They conclude that it is hopeless, based on the fact that the things you have tried until now have not worked, it is hoped that they would.

In my world, in each of the three experts' statements, saying the same thing. The conventional way of doing things ... the strategies that you've always followed, until now ... still do not get where you really want, at the end. Therefore, it is time to try something else.

A few years ago I attended a seminar. The Lord, in our group, a profound statement of perspective. "When I went to the doctor and he told me I would be dead in six months if I followed his advice," began the Lord, "I think I would look for a new doctor."

What if we all, that logic? The Lord my seminar leader who lived from a position of "of course there is a solution, I have just to find it." So many of the people I could meet richer life than they ever thought that if they find their way to this place. I guess we all could, because to a certain extent we are all "blind" to our "blind spots."

Let us consider how life might look like from a position of "healing is always possible!"

The first thing we want to explore is a definition of healing. Completeness, they call it. Peace of Mind. Expression of the plethora of "you" with nothing missing or left out. Wholeness is the domain of mind, and it is always within your reach. There are two things that leave you on the state of wholeness, fullness, or heard, so much that you want.

1. Let the illusion that "you" are free. Let the expression of perfection, which you call Spirit, the Creator, or God to shine through and guide you. You do not have all these numbers on your own. Only to follow.

2. Do think that the way you have always done, which is the only way to live. As you know, things always even, where you are today. Admittedly, we survived and are still here to tell. But if you are not satisfied with the story you tell, then the view that there is another way to be. Try it out. If you are not satisfied with the way things are now, then you could have what to lose?

after release of these two illusions, it is a great thing to adopt. It is a habit of listening. Ask your questions deep. Then create a space in which to hear a response. It does not matter in whose voice the answer comes back. A radio speaker, a popular author, an e-mail from a friend, the dog, the maple in the garden, or your own trusted inner dialogue.

From a position of "everything is possible, I simply accept that I am the guide showed" the prospect that any new insights you may receive today are part of the solution. Do not judge that it is impractical or too expensive or too much work. Try them on. Suppose there is a way and that way is shown.

Listen. Heal. It is always possible!

It is a question I get asked a lot. "Where do I get there and what is happening to me? I do to ___________ (fill in the blank) before I was married, had children, in this relationship." Whatever it is, something changed and in the process, it is likely that you lost on the way.

It's easy for women to lose their essence, who they are, if they become a "we", no matter what the form of "we" turns out to be. Amidst all the items on your To-Do list, it is important to ensure that you someday for you to enjoy what has meaning for you. "Me" time does not count when you look at your kids soccer practice, or, if you wait at the doctors office.

Yes, you can at this time close your eyes and escape. Take that time to imagine what your version of "I" to plan and then eventually an hour in the week for you. Keep it to ensure that around you know about the importance of this time. In reality, each application for a benefit for those who are most important, we must ensure that our first for the best fans near us.

If we take the time to connect with our inner beings, we can address the other realities of life better. We function with more patience, care and understanding if we someday be promoted. Self-Care is the first step in leading a life of purpose, joy and fulfillment.

Are You Living a Balanced Lifestyle?

You are what you eat? What a cliche?. As you say it in the literal sense. "Your health is back to what you eat"? In fact a person is the way of life back to them in every respect of their lives. The Ideal Standard for good health is a balanced way of life. Do you live in a balanced way of life, physically, mentally and spiritually? Here's how you say.

Physical Lifestyle

Wake up in the morning feeling refreshed and well rested? Are you in your weight by ten pounds? Do a physical activity at least once a day, make your heart pump? Perhaps you have one of the possibilities. Go fast for one hour, exercise or calisthenics, 45 minutes, sports of your choice, or light aerobics? The body needs physical activity of any kind once a day. If you have a desk job, you should be every hour and a few lines to the blood flowing. When you come home, take a walk or some light aerobic exercise.

Eat at least four servings of raw fruits and vegetables in one day? Health-as you should eat raw vegetables at least four servings per day. Most nutritionists say that eating a variety of colorful fruits and vegetables will ensure that your daily intake of nutrients the body needs to stay healthy. An example of this is to eat a red apple with breakfast, a green salad for lunch, a yellow-orange for a snack and a purple cabbage slaw with dinner. You get the idea, is not it?

Emotional /Mental lifestyle

Emotionally balanced person does not feel in lack of or need for anything, even if it is not much. After order is not where happiness lies. Stuff is great, no doubt about that, but if we live our lives, just going to work everyday, so we can have more things that we really do not need, there is an imbalance in our lives. Besides work, what others do? Do you have a hobby or other activity that you participate in?

Some people are emotionally and mentally ill, because in the past baggage. Maybe they had an alcoholic parent, or perhaps they felt unloved and abandoned, like a child. Whatever it is, you have to take the next step! Not always a traumatic past, if you have your future ahead! That is not true. Solve your luggage and you heal. Live for today!

Mentally balanced person feels good, who they are. They usually have good relationships with others. According to mental health does not mean that you do not always negative feelings, but that you do not let your negative feelings to control you and your behavior. It is normal to feel our emotions - that's not what I'm talking about here. If a person is still the dredging of the past months or years, something is not mentally balanced within this person. If we have a negative past, we have to find a solution and cure. The life stresses, and that his challenges. The mentally healthy face and solve their challenges, instead they linger.

Spiritual Lifestyle

Co-dependency, addictions, negative emotions, relationships and skills are insufficient, because we depend on how the world is moving and not, as God moves . We are too absorbed with the physical elements of our lives and not as the spiritual. Where is the balance in this?

I am not talking about organized religion here. Organized religion is for people who want a guide to help them on the path to spiritual things, what they are looking for. Church is a great place for like-minded church, but can also stunt your growth. Church leaders are only seed planters, even if know that if the seed is in your heart and in your head only relationship with the Creator is the seed to grow.

I (Paul) planted the seed, Apollos watered, but God did they grow. So neither he nor the plants, which he waters is anything, but only God who makes things grow.

(1 Corinthians 3:6,7)

If someone is new to the adoption of Christ, by all means they should "go to church and learn the basic concepts about God and God in their lives. But, finally, that the person to grow and mature spiritually "in the Lord," and go to church is not where it is . Your relationship to God through your prayers, thoughts, actions and lifestyle is church! church is in your heart and mind, wherever you may be, and whenever you want it to be. Their spirituality is what you make.

But a time is coming and has now, if the true servant will worship the Father in spirit and in truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks. God is spirit and his worshipers must worship in spirit and in truth. (John 423.24)

your physical, mental, emotional and mental health is a precious asset. Your mind and body is aging every day. This means that you do not always all younger. All areas of health will decline faster if you do not care about your health now! You can take control of your health if you are in control.

I loved it and I wish I had heard who the artist was. I've never heard it again, but I have thought for years. Most of us are always looking for that high place - through meditation, drugs, or relationships. Everyone wants to know, because it is the panacea for all problems of life.

So - what is the High Place in Your Mind? There is a higher reality, a state beyond the normal everyday way to see things. It is a place to take a break from all the challenges, a place to feel stressed. Can you imagine what this place is high for you. Is it:

How to get there? You have only certain people the keys? Need to be invited? There are many ways to us - and you have the key. You were born with it, and invite you there. There are ways to get there without recording anything. They can be very deep in their own meditations and revelations. The moment is spiritual if you are ill or not, but when consciousness enters it, the potential for healing is the greatest. "

Now let's look at the struggles we face in our everyday life. If you were able to tap those same inner resources to deal with everyday struggles, you would remove resistance and useless stress from your life. In a health struggle it is easy to see that life is more important than your thoughts, but in our everyday life that consciousness is replaced with our conditioned character. It is totally possible to live in that conscious moment.

Using scents can be as simple as having fresh flowers in your house or garden where you spend time, or you can buy essential oils from a store (not the oils that say "perfume," buy the real oils) along with a diffuser or a burner with a candle. Understanding Qigong

Qigong is a traditional practice that involves breathing and movement as a method of circulating and using the energy in the body. It is sometimes connected with a Chinese martial art, but it is more in tune with the energy in the body and how it can maintain your health than a martial art is.

Holistic Living - A Major Key to Health, Happiness and Success

Do you want a healthier, happier and more successful life? Then, it is important to realize how crucial it is to deal with all of you, which includes the mind, body, emotions and spirit, our caring and loving part that has faith and trust in a loving, higher power. I believe that many of our personal, professional, and world problems are caused by this oversight.

Specifically, religions usually refer to the mind, body and spirit. What about our emotions? Schools focus on the mind and often neglect the emotions, spirit and physical body. Doctors are likely to explore physical symptoms, and often miss the mental, emotional and spiritual causes. Employers often care about the employees' productivity and disregard their body, emotions and spirit. Many parents feel responsible for their children's physical bodies and possibly their minds but forget about their emotions and spirits.

How would our cars and homes be if we only took care of parts of them? Many problems can be prevented and solved if we wake-up and live holistically. When we recognize and express our four parts, we have a much better chance to live healthy, happy, loving and successful lives. When men and women focus on the compatibility of their four parts, their relationships have a much better chance of succeeding.

It would be wonderful if we were taught this crucial information in schools. Let's make every class a self-esteem class, so the students feel good about themselves and care about others. Teach them how to communicate constructively and express their feelings in constructive ways. Healthy physical activity and lunches feed the body. Being positive, supportive and caring helps them develop their spiritual part. Holistic education is crucial to transform people and the world.

It is also crucial to realize that there is a mind-body connection. Our emotions affect our physical bodies and our bodies affect our emotions. Unfortunately, doctors are not trained holistically, and they often only focus on the physical parts of us. I think it is tragic that they miss so much of the picture.

I do not expect the doctors to know everything. It would be great for them to have a holistic team that would include professionals that address the mind, body, spirit and emotions. If we live holistically, we can prevent many problems. The prevention and treatment of holistic medical care is the most efficient, cost-effective solution for a healthy country.

If we do have issues, we can learn what caused them, develop healthier habits and live more consciously. For example, we need to avoid all toxins to stop poisoning our bodies. Unfortunately, many popular products, including foods and drinks, contain toxic ingredients. Our bodies can handle just so many toxins before it loses the battle and can no longer protect us and prevent disease. We need to feed our body's healthy food and liquids, put only safe things and products on our skin and hair, and be sure we are breathing only healthy air. Finding out what is toxic and reading all the ingredients is vital for our health.

Employers need to treat their employees as they would like to be treated and show compassion for their feelings, life situations, and other human needs. Holistic managing is the way to reduce stress, disease and accidents and actually improve productivity.

It is important for parents to focus on helping their children raise their self-esteem and be physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually healthy. Holistic parenting will transform homes, cities, countries and the world.

Governments need to make laws that consider all four parts of the people. Holistic governments help create healthy, strong, stable societies.

There is now more healthy living information available than ever before. We can take control of our lives, set our intent to live a holistic life and continue to learn what to do to honor and take care of our mind, body, spirit and emotions. The Mind - When Bad Memories Continue to Haunt You

Why is it that some bad memories just continue to resurface in one's mind and life often intruding on one's thoughts and negatively affecting one's functional state?

Memories of bad events are over time stored in the subconscious mind i.e. they are made unconscious by a mechanism in the mind/brain. What's not so well known is that a) it takes energy to keep that negativity buried and b) daily events which resemble that early event have the tendency to trigger the old feelings and images back into conscious awareness.

Just a couple of words about the "energy" issue. The energy I am referring to is what I call your Life Force Energy (LFE). Your LFE is responsible for the structure and function of your brain/body. Whenever it is drained or depleted that compromises you and your ability to function. Another way of looking at this is that as long as that memory is inside you it drains your LFE and that is equivalent to it killing you! I'll let you ponder that one.

Also, when an old memory is re-triggered it also disrupts one's ability to function optimally. So in summary having a negative memory stored inside you places your ability to function and hence your life in a compromised state.

So here is why bad memories continue to haunt you. Simply because:

1) They are still inside you.

2) It requires LFE to keep them buried.

3) As LFE is depleted by them and other daily stressful events they invariable resurface.

4) You don't believe it is possible to completely and permanently erase/extract them from your mind/body.

The Mind - Do Bad Memories Ever Go Away?

We are so accustomed to believe that time has a tendency to heal the memories of negative events but is that really true? Although one may not feel the associated pain of that memory does not mean it has gone away. In fact very much the opposite happens.

With time there is a tendency for a negative memory to get buried in the subconscious mind, feelings and all. This is why we often have to think hard to remember the details of an earlier event. The experience of hypnotherapy however reveals startlingly how intact such unconscious memories are.

Through what is called hypnotic regression one can literally re-experience in vivid mental, visual, auditory, gustatory, emotional and tactile detail the entire painful experience. In other words the "pain" is still there albeit it may not felt consciously. So if it's not felt consciously does it still pose any problems for the individual in whom it is stored?

Absolutely!

These days the so-called "short term" fix is what most individuals yearn for here on the planet. They believe that when the memory of a negative event is not felt it is as good as gone and supposedly all is well.

This, in my view is not only a dangerous assumption, it may also be responsible for the reason that the physical body gets ill i.e. physically ill, in the first place. Although not a well known or accepted notion in the medical community it is my view that all illnesses are rooted in negative memories and the beliefs generated by them.

A negative memory is essentially like a living parasite that invades one's mind/body and sucks out its Life Force Energy ultimately killing the person whose mind/body it is. I refer to them as Life Force Energy Parasites because they parasitically feed off of and deplete one's Life Force Energy from their body. You can see this for yourself by simply recalling one of your own and as you do notice what happens to your energy. It invariably will feel depleted.

The Mind - Are Bad Memories Weighing You Down?

Most of us carry within us negative or bad memories of events we've experienced in our lives. How many of us actually stop and consider the effects these memories have on our lives? Probably not many. If I said to you that they are the most significant issue that affects our happiness, level of success and fulfillment, and our emotional and physical health would that get you to stop and learn more about this vital issue?

Let me lead you on an experiential journey into the recesses of your mind/body. Recall one of your negative memories. As you do focus on what happens to your energy, your mood, your attitude, your self confidence, your self esteem, your self worth, your sense of peace and well being, your sense of optimism for life and so on. I am sure that in all cases you will notice these parameters all being undermined or depleted.

I'm sure this is not a surprise to you. What I am going to say however may be.

Does this memory convey a "life enhancing" or "life depleting" experience? I'm sure you will agree to the latter. So what does that mean?

We'll what does it mean for a memory to be a "life depleting experience"? Effectively it means that it is killing you!

So do you now appreciate the meaning of being "weighed down" by bad memories? It means you are emotionally, motivationally and energetically being drained. Your mood is darkening. Your motivation for life and living is being eroded. Your "Life Force Energy" is being drained/depleted from within your body i.e. you are dying as a result of having that negative/bad memory living inside you!

This brings perhaps not unfamiliar perspective to the concept of "emotional baggage". It not only ruins one's chances at relationship success but also one's entire life.

So is there an "upside" to this? Yes, indeed!

Can you imagine the possibility that such memories could be "uninstalled" from the hard drive of your mind? Self Healing - Create Yourself As a Health Magnet

Health is your natural state. Without even lifting a finger, you are whole and complete. Let's start from that place -- that wholeness is natural. If you're having health trouble, then, it only stands to reason that something has unintentionally slipped. No big deal, as long as you can recreate your natural state of health. But how?

What if the solution was as simple as answering the question, "How can I allow health and wholeness to find me more easily?" Kind of like getting out of your own way.

Simple?

Perhaps it is. Perhaps it's just a teeny little course correction.

Now I'm not saying the un-matching activity would be something you're doing intentionally. Almost certainly it's not. But let's consider that perhaps, over the years, you've developed some beliefs or habits that don't serve your best interests. Not too much of a stretch, is it? Of course not. Because most of us have.

Whatever it is for you might not be quite the same as it is for Nancy, but let's just eavesdrop on her internal conversation for a moment and see if we can pick up some tips.

Nancy's mind: "Hey, I just got this idea. What if my natural state is health and this challenge I'm dealing with at the moment is nothing more than a little blip on the radar? Like I'm accidentally getting in my own way? Let's try it -- how can I be more receptive -- and allow health to find me more easily?"

Nancy waiting: Fingers drumming on table. Nothing. Darn.

Nancy's mind: "No problem. I just need to be more intentional. I'll turn off the TV and the phone, get comfortable, and take a few deep breaths. I'll relax and give myself the space to really explore this, because it's important and I think it could really help. Ahhhh...."

Nancy's mind: "That's better. Now. S-l-o-w-l-y. How can I allow health and wholeness to find me more easily?"

Nancy waiting: I'll just follow my breath and see what comes. Breathing slowly in and out. Breathing slowly in and out. Breathing ...

Nancy's mind: "Aha! You know, I've been working really hard lately. Long hours. Not getting enough rest. Doesn't the body heal itself while you sleep? Yeah, I think I heard that. Ok, Nancy. Get more rest!"

Nancy waiting: Following my breath. Health and wholeness is my natural state. It's so easy. Breathing slowly in and out. Breathing...

Nancy's mind: "Nutrition. Wow, you know I've been living on mini-pretzels and sandwiches. What about fruits and vegetables? Yogurt! Isn't that where all the vitamins and minerals are? Doesn't that heal your body? Squash. Tomatoes. Leafy greens. Gotta give your body the raw materials..."

Nancy waiting: Breathing slowly in and out. Breathing slowly...

Nancy's mind: "Oh. My sister. Did I ever apologize for missing little Justin's piano recital? Gosh, I meant to. But I think I forgot. Call Julie..."

Nancy waiting: Breathing slowly in and out. Breathing... Breathing... Breathing... So relaxed... Coming back into the room now.

Nancy's mind: "I really could take better care of myself. Some extra rest, nutritious food, and catching up with family. That doesn't sound so hard. Think about it. How did I expect health to catch up with me as fast as I've been running? Gotta slow down and give it a chance!"

Nancy's mind: "Wow. That just makes so much sense. Simple, too. If I want to do this right, I've gotta be willing to be a different me. And actually, it doesn't sound too bad."

What would your mind come up with, if you tried the same thing as Nancy? Here's how to do it:

  1. Prepare a simple question: "How can I allow health to find me more easily?"

  2. Set aside 20 - 30 minutes of private quiet time. Shut off the TV, the phone, and even your computer. No tweets!

  3. Close your eyes and breathe slowly. Follow your breath in and out. Bring your question to mind and then gently let it float away. Just breathe. Allow the awareness to come to you.

  4. Notice any stray thoughts, ideas, or feelings that bump into your consciousness. Notice them, then let them go and follow your breath. In and out. Nice and slow.

  5. At some point, you'll feel complete. If you like, set a non-ticking count-down timer to alert you when 30 minutes has passed. Then wiggle your fingers and toes and open your eyes.

  6. While you're still relaxed, pick up a notebook and pen or pencil and jot down anything that comes into your mind. You may notice thoughts you had during your quite time, or perhaps something fresh will surface as you write.

  7. Remember, an insight is only as good as the action it inspires. There's no such thing as an idea "too small" to make a difference. If the insight came, it's worth your attention.

What if it was something really simple? Like a little more rest, or a teaspoon of cod liver oil every day? Health is your natural state. Allow it to find you easily.
