Okay, so its another do how ever much you please recipe. But tip on the quinoa seeds... They make ALOT. Its said on the package so use 1 cup and my mom used 1/2 cup and it fed my mom twice and me once. So less is more!
Quinoa Seeds- 1/2 cup more/less
Half an avocado
however many golden and red cherry tomatoes
Cook the quinoa seeds in double the amount of water (1/2 cup of seeds= 1 cup of water)
You know when the quinoa seeds are done because they get a "piggy tail"
Cut the avocado into bite sizes and cut the tomatoes into half moons.
put all the ingredients together and voila! You can add some salt. My mom added raspberry vinaigrette to hers and said it was good, but I haven't tried it. You can add or take out whatever you want.
