In fact, I could even go a step further than that and say that everything that is needed is the willingness to forgive for what other we think have they done to us.

To qualify that last statement, regardless of whether someone else has done something for us is actually irrelevant. Whether they have or whether it is not us thinking You have something done to us, hurts us. People who already have sufficient knowledge of the energy or intuition, or people that the speech from the experience of a friend, is also the expectation of what Energy should desire. So if the experience is not what they had expected it for them wonder ... What is the problem? Your expectations get in the way that an authentic experience. I do not even have to ask what the pre-conceived expectations. I have learned to answer "turn it off!" Finally I told him to stop! I asked him that nothing for at least one week, not even to think Reiki or something to do with healing at all! Then in a week to start calling again attunements to do but think nothing will happen. It WONT feel like everything, just do it anyway.

Well a few days I get an e-mail, tell me that he is not thinking about it. I loved it! Then about a week and a half later I received another e-mail form him. It happened! He did what I suggested and went ahead with the attunements not expect, all in all. And all the sudden he felt it. It was not what he expected at all - but he got it now. He knew now what it was and could recognize. That was great! I was very happy for him, but still reminded him to forget that - forget what it feels like - if he ever stuck. In order not caught up what he thinks he knows. If this happens, he will be able to grow far beyond what his expectations would ever allow. The space will be for them to happen!

This is a very common thing here.

I actually prefer it would be for the people going in the attunements thinking nothing will happen. This leaves so many more opportunities to experience it is for someone thinks they know!

Another what I say, "I exactly the opposite of what you are doing!"

Is self-acceptance is something that is difficult for you, especially if you are struggling with some "imperfections" (physical or otherwise)? If so, you are certainly not alone. Most of us have learned over a degree that we need to act or look a certain way. If we do not reach that standard, we often are self-critical, judgmental and even ashamed.

There is no aspect that we judge ourselves, with a critical eye over our bodies. We have learned from the time we were something we should look how our body should be, what is "acceptable" and what brings us the approval and "love" from others. I see it with my clients every single day and I experience it myself with how well (now less than in the past, thank God): Our negative thoughts about ourselves, our bodies and our appearance not only to ensure that we feel ashamed and bad, but They also keep us stuck.

However, the truth is, our appearance does not determine our intrinsic value. All it is, as we look (and unfortunately, we have raised in a culture where somehow, self-esteem and appearance, all mixed up - that's a completely different item!) .

Cellular Memory and Bodywork - A Couple of Stories

There's a lot of talk cellular memory these days. I remember the first time that I knew from my body the ability to house. Before I went to massage school or understood the body in any way other than what I learned growing up in Southern Appalachia, I was in a car wreck. As part of my rehabilitation, someone suggested I try Trager therapy. I did not even get a massage at this point in my life.

During one of my meetings, when the Trager therapist working on my right ankle, and I felt a rush of heat in my body, and if my eyes were closed, I saw a field of red. Then I said, my therapist about this and she said: "Oh, you need to store some trouble." I immediately dismissed this notion. Initially, it seemed impossible that I could have more space emotion throughout my body and, secondly, I never felt angry, so this is simply unacceptable! (I had a lot to learn about rage!)

A week later, the incident buried in my awareness, I returned for another session. This time, when they started moving my ankle, I was filled with a feeling of anger. It took only a few moments before I had a very vivid memory. The memory was very real - as if I had the experience of time. In the reminder, I was 5 years old, and my parents were hosting a 4th July party. Something (I do not remember what) happened and that made me very angry. I've started running and a steep part of our yard. At the lower end, I landed wrong on my ankle and sprained it badly. I had not thought of this event in many years and was surprised at what had transpired as my ankle went through the gentle movements of the Trager session.

After that I began to relate to my body in a new way. I was a believer in the concept of cellular memory.

In the first class massage therapy in the Rocky Mountain Institute of Healing Arts, one of our students do not have a sense of smell. Most people who are sensitive to vigorously feeling. You know what energy feels like they know what orientation and feels like they know what to expect. There are 3 main problems that I have found with this;

1. Expectations

2 Too Sensitive

3 Perceptions

Feelings-

I begins with the words to hear that your body and always in accordance with her is a great thing. Something that people strive to learn, especially when working with energy. The senses provide us with great ways to guidance and intuition. But what can happen is that we are too sensitive to emotions. Putting too much stock in what we feel. I will also like to add kinesthetic learners to this group. (I will go into this more in my next topic ... learning and spirituality - coming soon!) And what happens here is that we forget that we are still in a human form, comes with a reactive, original nature.

For example; Have you ever seen a child that the rules of their parents? It is not pretty, is not it? They want to shake the parents and tell them of their child under control. Well, that's exactly what can happen when we are in our feelings and reactive dominion over nature with the help of our rational thinking. This is what separates us from other species on this planet, the ability to think and rationalize - our awareness!

So although our feelings, our awareness, we must not forget our internal borders. Otherwise, our reactive nature can make a muck - just like the bratty child. You will cry, to attract attention, even if it is not necessary, it will cause pain and fatigue, so you can do what he wants selfish. And you can relax in a cycle where your body is the control over you!

Wonders of the Mind!

We all have two sections in our own minds. It is aware, mind and the other is the subconscious. You may be aware that awareness is in progress only if we are awake, but the subconscious mind is always at work, while we are awake and even when we sleep. Subconscious mind is responsible for our habits and attitudes towards life. It is this part of our mind, which is responsible for the current reactions in various situations.

Here life is a strong example. A doctor hypnotized one of his friends and while he was in the hypnotic state, he told him that he is coming to an ouch his hand with a red-hot iron rod. He told that there will be severe pain and damage to his skin. In reality, he touched his own fingers on his hand. But the man winced as if his skin was burned. The next day, the blister expanded and looked exactly like a burn injury. If the result was repeated in the presence of experts, the result was the same.

Kilmer's the Man

Hey you can believe it? Another lesson from my cute little Siamese cat, Kilmer. Not again!

This cat came to me with a huge problem on the control and fear of being caught by a human. We have a lot of confidence and now he loves human contact, but always in his own terms.

Lately that he was coming from his hunting missions to dusk around house, and remains inside the whole night. (ITS safer this way, we have a lot of predators here).
