Mind, Body, Spirit Healing-The Process

Heal (ing) has a definitive definition for most people. If we use the word cure means there is something wrong. I believe that healing is much more. The soul for the sole purpose for being here is for emotional and spiritual growth aka - transformation. Healing is in the development and optimization in our health and to, we really are. I believe that the mind, body, spirit healing, restructuring is that our energy has become distorted, false or suppressed. My definition of healing is evolution not only the loss of some ability and again it.

What are we really to ask if we ask for the head, body, spirit healing?

When we really ask for the head, body, spirit healing, we call on the 'cause' pain We are not the symptoms we experience. When I work with someone, I'm not the treatment, I am not the therapy I am only aware of the symptoms because the symptoms are references to what must be changed. With the unconscious mind of the person oriented to create their unique transformation process to ultimately eliminate (heal) the cause of the symptoms.

Do our beliefs create our diseases ?

Without guilt, shame or problem, our beliefs form definitely our borders and in many levels of our beliefs hinder us from about developing or creates a way to cope. What we say (self-talk) has Impact on our physiology. For example: depression (symptoms) is anger against the self. What we need to find what is the Anger and resolve or the anger.

Generally, the people continue to act or to think about what they do or think until they have reached a point that they no longer endure pain, so they focus on "Loszuwerden" of the pain. Western medical and pharmaceutical research, this phenomenon well together, they have diligently focused on the pain and provided magic pills to relax. So many people are addicted to a "quick fix", albeit with many negative side effects.

Transformation (healing) comes when we know what thoughts /beliefs, the pain - ie an insight into the causes and effects. Once the inspection is done, then we must change the thoughts, attitudes and habits to transformation.

What is the most important thing people need to know about mind, body, spirit healing?

Once someone experienced , the Mind, Body Spirit transformational process, there are no more questions, what your prior experience has been, unless you what you need to transform or transcend. Within the first meeting, people are surprised at their transformation. Generally People need more than one meeting to complete a thorough transformation.

The Ride of Our Lives

From birth onward journey we begin the permanent act of maturation and experimental processing interaction. On the birth of our emotions are open and vulnerable, but most importantly we are present and live in the moment. A baby cries instinctively, without delay, if Sensing hunger, moisture from a dirty floor, or generalized pain and discomfort.

As we mature our emotions are woven into our personal filters, resulting from our internal and external exchange of that in our lives . This offers much in the way of an explanation of how our filters and how to develop our internal emotions are harnessed in an effort to begraen life or yoked to keep them in arms length. Early on when we learn to trust and consistency of our fragile, developing egos are relieved and comforted by knowing that our needs are met. The silent message delivered is the security and trust. In the absence of such nurturance can we learn to distrust or expect disappointment. Hence our core competencies feeling of fear is always present and accounted for by the expected let-downs or wrongly expected to be brought against us ....

Our identified core emotions: joy, pain, anxiety, loneliness, anger, guilt, shame and. It is ironic to think that the most basic emotional elements are at the heart of what many of us to choose, disregard and oppression in an attempt to "be happy." And yet, none of us can say that we are emotionally alive, without the presence of such.

Years, as I began my own therapeutic and spiritual journey, I realized that the only emotion to which I relate could, it was anger. In fact, then the therapist had not brought the other emotions in the human equation, I would not have known they existed.

It is often found that our lives are defined not so much through the days, weeks or years, but by the collective consciousness of our memories. These memories are defined by our filters grew from our emotions. As we emotionally developed over time defined, we were and we were up to this moment. Whether we were holding back the potential of our life or it will be drawing closer, as we learned to life. Have we learned that the world was uncertain and therefore a place to be feared? Or have we learned that the following uncertainty in the world an opportunity from which we could learn growth and the fuss about?

Our personal filter, what we are not willing or able to do. Our filters may shield from the uncertain and uncomfortable, but it is more a question of our truly unsafe or that we are afraid to find out? Are we really uncomfortable or are we afraid that go beyond the known? And, when it first learned our experience that taught us fear, why not allow ourselves relearn how to experience joy and life, rather than arms length hides behind a wall of fear?

Remember these filters began to develop before our awareness could catch up and what we came to learn helped define, we were not, we still want to be. Ask yourself. Am I deaf to my feelings and open to the gifts from my emotions or I'm probably in my life so, without the potential for change and growth?

If we feel our emotions then new experiences, the potential to detect and life in a different way. Paying attention to our conscious feelings can be hard for people who have learned in childhood that their needs are not met, that their feelings do not count, or worse, that they cheated or ignored. Memories of past experiences can penetrate into our lives and the current before we even know we have voted all the feelings, in order to avoid new, potential pain and turn growth.

Our past reactions to our feelings may have as adaptive tools with whom we survived intolerant situations, but the adaptive measures do us now ransom in us. And if we choose to be mindful of our emotions then we expand the horizon of potentiality and present us with the gifts of our emotional experience.

Years Before I remember a conversation I had with an airline pilot. After flown on a regelmaigen basis for business purposes, I wanted to speak with a pilot to calm my fears associated with flying. Once an unsuspecting pilot eyed, I approached him and commented that I had a lot of "bad flights by turbulence, and I wondered what I could do about it. At that moment, he said that he rarely had a "bad air" if ever. So I asked what it could given the fact that he flies more often than I do, and therefore statistically, would be more "bad flights. With a smile, he replied that all flights for him is good. The fact that it rough air currents and turbulence was to him, little or no consequence. He was clearly not afraid to drive currents of air, embrace life and turn eagerly to the unknown. I began to think that I can learn and embrace my fears and enjoy a different kind of trip. With these words of wisdom he strolled off. Mmm.

Today when I talk with customers about their feelings, they often describe it as "bad". I ask them their feelings are bad or uncomfortable? It is then that I remind them of the gifts we received when we are ready, our experiences and feelings not be out.

From our joy, we hope, from our pain we receive the gift of growth; our fear provides the gift of wisdom; When we experience loneliness, we will learn to reach in and reach our anger provides strength, if we are willing to embrace our fault we learn values, and learn from our shame we humility.

The Art of Effortless Doing

Western culture covets hard work and the more difficult it is the more we seem to appreciate it. If we find we are not achieving the results we want, we try harder and if that does not work, we try even harder . It's almost as if we think, if it does not fight and sacrifice involved, the work is not worthwhile. However, most of the basic functions of life are so easily they do not need thought. Breathing, sleep, eat, drink, cell replication, heart rate, body temperature, oxygen exchange, and digestion are all things that we literally can not live without, but when was the last time you fought to do any of them?

The Chinese have a belief system called Taoism, a philosophy quite different from the Western. The Taoists follow a principle known as Wei Wu Wei or easily done. Through the observation of nature, Taoist monks realized that he lives without struggle. The trees, grass and flowers grow without graere effort, the rivers flow, without trial, the sun rises and sets without effort, and the planets revolve without force. All of the works without nature. Of course, it's easy and always in the right way. Simply put, the nature makes the natural thing.

It is when the people against the natural urge that difficulties arise. A tree is a tree and a squirrel is a squirrels and so long as any part of the action is everything in balance. However, if the tree is trying a squirrel or the squirrels a tree, they find their new identity more difficult to maintain. Similarly, if a natural artist spends his time in the role of an accountant, he quickly to his job boring and dull. It is against his nature as an artist. When he paints or draws shapes, but his spirit is lifted and concentrated, as he is with his flowing nature.

Effortless do not mean to do nothing, however. To breathe, you need to draw breath. For blood, the heart. For the artists to create a masterpiece, he must paint, draw or sculpt. Sleep, Leptin and Weight Loss

I were reading, where the lack of sleep could affect my judgement and may make me more clumsy and prone to accidents. But only recently have I learned could lead to win weight.

Research has shown that Leptin, a hormone, which help regulate appetite, may be affected by lack of sleep. If the Leptin levels are high, they solve a feeling of fullness or saturation; After Leptin decreases, you start to feel hungry again. Experts suggest that the lower levels of the hormone Leptin may sleep deprivation leads to overeating and weight gain.

Though the amount of sleep may be among us, most people seem to do best when they are between 7-8 hours per night . Of course, if you have a child or young people, which may be higher. As a senior, can occasionally lower.

Missing sleep usually is not the problem. In accordance with sleep deprivation may be harmful to your health. Simplicity Can Be Complicated

We've all heard, seen, and probably even experienced the simple four Letter Word: nutrition. It sounds so simple, this condensed, two syllable word. Diet. But do you know anyone has ever spoken positively about diets? Sure, the first view is always hopeful, but within a few weeks, the optimism turns into a steep hill unmanageable. The dieter suddenly feels deprived and weak. Just to isolate and monitor, even the floor. D-I-E-T. Something that is supposed to aid someone in growing healthier should not be confused with the word die.

I can not say that I have never been to the dangerous world of dieting. In fact, until a few years ago I was an enthusiastic Dieter. I was struggling with food, not eat, eat only fruit and vegetables, eat only chocolate (seriously, that was a real diet I had once). It takes over your life, almost as if you were plagued with an illness slowed down and die (Die-ting). I was so shocked when I accidentally stumble on the "nutrition" on the border is the other day. Some of the diets that are currently on the shelves at bookstores are horrendous. The 3 day diet. The 3 hour diet. What happens next? The 3 seconds diet? This is absurd. There must be some way to transform the ill ideal body image that is now being portrayed in the media in a healthy appearance. Recently I read somewhere that fashion designers have become a Grae of 000 No, this is not a typo. I added that extra zero, because a triple zero is now a Grae. I do not think I was always a SINGLE zero, and I am not sure that ever. I like my fleshy butt! In fact, I love it a little too much, and I can not imagine sitting on mere bones. Ouch!

It bothers me that people devote their time and life to die-ting. I was so unhappy when I reduced my food intake. When I finally realized the damage I was doing to my body and, more importantly, I think I have simply said: "I'm through with this." (I say easy, but it was actually a very long process.)

I think that the word "diet" should be removed from the dictionary and vocabulary (although I do not think I have much control over one of these things.) So, I leave you now with my four-letter word (s):

EWYW

Eat what you want (within reason and in moderation, of course)

note: I am not encouraging obesity or unhealthy eating, but I believe that if you eat reasonably healthy and exercise, you will be a much happier as a person deprived of his /her body of a certain food.

EFT Practitioners and EFT'ers - Is Adding the Positive Sabotaging Your Results With EFT?

Whether the person is an EFT practitioner or someone with Emotional Freedom Technique in their own people definitely want to use positive statements in EFT.

But did you know that adding the positive too early can undermine your results? It's like pouring room temperature, flat Pellegrino on a hot summer day .... there is no punch or "omph!" it.

Here to 3 are the main reasons why adding positive statements may fall flat during EFT:

1. The negative charge must be reduced and verbalized for positive statements to be effective and stick.

It is asking too much, too soon. They were "The Work We Were Born To Do" by Nick Williams, who made me realize that life I lived was not the only way to live. I could be a "portfolio" career and use my strengths and abilities. The second book was "Life Coaching - Change Your Life in 7 Days" by Eileen Mulligan. I used this book to my life in the formal way, and consider what parts of my life I wanted to change, and I was glad with.

I discovered that my life was out of balance - I had work, friends and family, but little else. I began to better balance through singing. My hour singing lessons was the best part of my life. I loved her and felt more pleasure in that hour than the rest of the week. I then added classes.

In act 2000, I resigned from my Ward's Sister Post and left for a 6 week tour of Australia and New Zealand. I then spent 5 years, he worked for a nursing agency for money, while I went to performing arts college and found out that a career as an actress was not the What I wanted. I trained as a life coach and tried to start a company before I was ready, and I now have other mistakes.

When I started coaching I thought it was a very strange idea of setting goals for your life, but once I tried it I was amazed, I knew where I went, I had a way to measure success, and I have a fantastic life, by choosing targets. Knowing where you want to reach, and then figure out how to it.

3. Resistance - work by it

Displacement activities are a great way to try and deal with resistance - cleaning your oven , Surfing the net or the organization of your CD's into sections depending on the colour of the spine - I do!

What activities do you do to stop you from working on what you resist?

Recognise that the resistance is normal - everyone feels it. Confirm these feelings then them.

Have a good basis to support and write a plan, then do it. Take small steps and keep - this way you can walk around the world, build a house, pick up a child or create an amazing life. It happens only a moment in a time.

4. Maintain your inspiration

Books, movies, travel, people, children, sex, singing, reading magazines. What do you read, see or do, inspires you? If you do not remember what then you need to start looking for things. Try a course or seminar, look for actors, businessmen or teachers that you admire and read about a them.

Keep gratitude Journal - grateful for everything you have. Concentrate on what is good in your life and you will see more of them, and the creation of more it.

5. Live your Living with purpose and people and events in your life and help you.

I grew up in a black Baptist church. Witness or witnesses were unique parts of Sunday morning. Recently, I read a book by Howard Thurman, a theologian and contemporary of Martin Luther King. He said his doctor, he was consulting on ways to prevent weight gain in middle age. But the doctor was overweight and had a large paunch. Thurman was not the opinion, his doctor was credible, he was obviously not following his own advice. The patients know when we do not practice what we preach. We can tell them that you sleep more, eat more vegetables, exercise and meditate for twenty minutes twice a day, but they know that we do not ourselves.

"Who can give to another what he does not have? , shares what he himself denies? "I will be too radical and say that doctors and professionals in the health care system can not heal or help patients heal until we and our own health. If we deny our own health by reviewing and stress, if we waive our own personal and spiritual development, we have no right to expect, or that our patients follow our advice. We are hypocrites in every since of the word. But if we heed the call "physician heal thyself" and take our health seriously, embracing mind, body and health and spiritual wholeness for us, we are showing that our own health. Inspirational Encounters - How to Pay Attention to the Signs of Inspiration

When the student is ready, the teacher will appear. I have heard (and said) for this year, and sometimes, I have been more "ready" than at other times. In recent years, several incidents have sign for me that I encounter with something extraordinary.

Last week, I was with half marathon in Sun Valley, Idaho, I found myself struggling with my breathing. I had just run a marathon 3 weeks, so that even if I had almost fully recovered, I was feeling lethargic, slow and out of form. Very frustrated, I began to overcoming some negative self-talk in my head, do not understand why I did not feel better than I was.

Around miles 8 in the throes of my negative self-talk, I came at a meeting of fox 3 Foot from the road running just to me. I was so taken (and delighted) by this unexpected encounter, that I almost immediately started feeling better. I thought about this fox for the next couple of miles, and surprisingly my last 5 miles has somewhat easier.

I reflected on this experience later, and I realized that if anything in the nature contacts us physically, we should pay attention.

Here are 5 ways "attention" to the characters of inspiration:

  1. Be open to all possibilities. In nature, everything is possible. Let go past to limit faith that certain things are impossible.
