The human body requires a minimum of eight hours of sleep per night to function properly. The modern way of life is not really conducive to restful sleep, with many people who have TVs in their rooms and entertainment, such as video and Internet access, but the average person busy for hours. So, how to live a healthy life is really quite simple. It was disturbing. Emphysema caused him to cough, hack, wheeze and sputter. Lung Cancer finally has his life. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt; Is it any wonder I choose a good, clean living, and that health is one of my core values? &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt; As I am from the pneumonia I know a little about what it is like to experience shortness of breath, and the efforts it can to breathe. It is not particularly beautiful. Despite my efforts, sometimes I get sick. Darn. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt; &lt;b&gt; Take your breath for granted? &lt;/B&gt; &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt; This is understandable, just as breathing is done by the amazing intelligence of our body. Spiritual teacher Eckhart Tolle says: "The breathing is not really something that you do, but something that you witness, as it happens. All you have to do is watch it happen." &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt; When babies come into the world, after that first cry, they instinctively know how to breathe. You can view their bellies rise and fall. Finally, things are changing for many of us. In our hectic, adrenaline-fueled, stressful lives to us, too shallow, rapid breathing or breath hold. In this way we increase our vulnerability to disease and the opportunity to create energy, relaxation, a clear and peaceful mind and good health. &lt;b&gt; Our breath is our number one source of energy. Have your leverage? &lt;/B&gt; &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt; &lt;b&gt; Are you breathing in a way that your health? Try this simple test. &lt;/B&gt; in a comfortable, upright seating position, the right hand on your belly and your left hand on the upper chest. Now a few relaxing breaths. If you notice movement with the rise and fall of the right hand, the movement in the abdominal area, you are probably using all five lobes of the lung. If you believe that the rise and fall (there can be subtle), from the left hand, which you breathe in the chest flat and probably only with the upper lobe of the lung. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt; They have a great opportunity before you! &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt; The way you breathe can have a dramatic impact on your wellbeing. Each conscious breathing creates a space in which there is no - an interruption in the constant stream of thoughts. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt; &lt;b&gt; To raise awareness of your breathing and the way you breathe better, try this simple 4-step exercise. &lt;/B&gt; &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt; &lt;b&gt; 1 &lt;/B&gt; Here, too, sit in a comfortable, upright position and loosen any tight clothing. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt; &lt;b&gt; 2nd &lt;/B&gt; with the left hand on the upper chest and your right hand on your belly, slowly let your breathing. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt; &lt;b&gt; 3rd &lt;/B&gt; breathe easy on the number of four, so that your lungs, you feel your belly rise on the right hand. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt; &lt;b&gt; 4th &lt;/B&gt; Breathe on the number of the six feeling your abdomen fall, press gently on the abdomen, if helpful. All my grandparents if they are in their 80&amp;#39;s would say: "I do not want to sit down (in wheelchair), because when I sit, I can never again". My instinct has always been slow. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt; Our generation is very different, because we are bound to our BlackBerry, computer, microwave, remote controls, mobile phones and even our electric toothbrushes. Life is simpler, and we do not have too much trouble to everything we want in our lives. &lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt; life is physically easier for us, the point we have to pay for a gym to exercise. How about the bragging that we committed our personal exercise trainer? My grandparents were farmers. When a new day would break with sun, rain or snow, and they were moving to their daily work. Neither one of my grandparents were sick until it was time that they die a natural death. &lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt; They would go to the animals, collect the eggs, milk and cows, hay, pick vegetables from her garden and would come home at the end of the day. In comparison to our lifestyle up, walk to our car, sits almost the whole day behind a desk at work or behind a computer implementation of our website business makes a huge difference as well. &lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt; There are various elements of the life of a healthy way of life of our family learned from our grandparents, for example: &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt; &lt;ol&gt; &lt;li&gt; Just Keep moving and go as much as you can every day. &lt;/Li&gt; &lt;li&gt; healthy food garden fresh foods. Most of us are prohibited from our own garden to grow on our property. I never had to think much about yourself or stay in shape. I loved sports so much, and it was so obvious to me that in the form of a kind was afterwards. Since basketball was my first passion, I suspect that it is much easier, in that form, because it is a physically demanding sport. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt; Anyway, enough about my know-how from what seems like a hundred years ago. A few important things way soon, and I found myself in college, and slowly out of the mold. I stopped growing at 5&amp;#39;8 "basketball so obviously not a viable future, but I loved the sport, and was persistently well. The determination of the side was that I played on three losing teams in the school, and I do not much self-respect. I was easily adopted by a few schools, but do not want to play, no longer competitive. Although I am a good student, I just know that really scared about my future. I had so much time sport, but now I had to grow, and I was not ready. Soon after high school, I started smoking marijuana. By the time I went to school, and was welcomed, while in the dorm president with a picture of beer hand, and a barrel in the vicinity used, I found my next great love. For many years to come, it was all to celebrate and irresponsible. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt; Many years later I get clean, and have been for three years and ten and counting. What I&amp;#39;ve found in my years of recovery is that I really still a passion for a healthy and stay in shape. But I did it very difficult to any kind of healthy eating or preparing. There are many reasons /excuses why I was not able to get back in shape, or stay on the road, until recent years. I will continue my story with people who want to hear, and hopefully will continue on my current success in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. If I were training or not, or eat healthy, or decide to eat that plate of nasty fried french fries, you&amp;#39;ll be the first to know. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt; What I found have worked with me, and I believe that the work for you, is that there is no single solution for all. There is no miracle, diet, or miracle immediately resolve to transform itself into great shape. I for each sport watch moment when I was a kid, and I even strong in bodybuilding for about five years. But today, it is not trying to lift a lot of weight, or trying to go one hundred miles on my bike. If you&amp;#39;re like most of us , you are probably easier to shape, or form together. No matter what your fitness, health and nutrition, one thing is for sure. So many people struggling a good balance. You will find out like crazy for a few days or weeks, then realize that their other tasks are piling up. Then, one day, if they do not feel motivated enough to develop, they will be returned to the care of all the things they have, leave for a while, and then falls it difficult to put back on the cooperation. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt; If we all work together, we can progress a little at a time. As I said, it must not have the reach for the stars. realistic goals best, and I&amp;#39;ve learned that, no matter what, I will not feel good about myself, I suggest, if I am about what I&amp;#39;m not done. The only thing I can do if I do not feel motivated to deal with other people. This is where I know we can help you. No matter what, but try to enjoy and realistic goals.
