Natural Healing - Engage Your Mind

Are you ready for a one-step healing solution that's nearly guaranteed to have you feeling better immediately? Who wouldn't? Well, it exists. It's free. It's accessible any time of day or night. No physical effort required.

Engage your mind.

A few days ago, I had the opportunity to talk with a number of people about the power of the mind to heal. One of their common concerns was this: "I want to make the change; to do things differently; to heal my life. But my mind keeps playing the same old tapes!"

I'm sure we've all felt that way at one time or another. It's how things seem to go until we learn to step in and work the "tape player." I've been there myself. Because I've been there myself, I am confident in my suggestion that the tape can indeed be changed.

Do you listen to music around the house ... in your office ... in your room? At least occasionally, I'll bet. So let's say you've got a particular CD in the player, or a particular playlist going on your iPod. And let's say you've had enough for now; you're ready to listen to something else.

What do you do?

I'm serious. What do you do? Because how you change the player is the same way you change the recital that's going on in the back of your mind.
  1. First, you must decide that it's time for something different. It starts with a basic choice.
  2. Now what if you only had one CD available, or one playlist? Well then you'd have to go out and find an alternate. It's not enough to simply decide you've had enough of the "bad tapes" your mind plays when you're running on autopilot. Consciously choose something to replace them with.
  3. Finally, you'll actually make the change. It's not enough to think "I wish something else would come on now." You, the operator, must consciously change the content.

That's it. Not too tough, once you recognize the three steps. Only thing is a lot of times people stop at wishing.

I suggest that you plan ahead what you're going to replace the old tapes with. Usually, a positive affirmation. Take note of the text you're replacing, and then reverse it to the thought you want. For example:

If the "old tape" says "I'm always been dull and stupid," then the new version might go like this: "I am creativity and fresh beginnings."

If the "old tape" says "I can't afford to buy organic food and join the gym. We don't have enough," then the new version might go: "I am abundance and wholeness. I make healthy choices."

Great when it's your own thought. But what if the "old tape" comes in someone else's voice? A respected member of your family, a teacher, or some authority that you believe knows more about you than you do.

First, if you are an adult, it's time to question the premise. Who really knows more about you than you do? Of course we turn to doctors, counselors, and other experts for their opinions and objective advice. But I'll bet theirs aren't the "old tapes" you're playing. Rather, most likely those of a bully.

Yep, a bully. Relentless criticism is one of the characteristics of a bully who seeks to overpower and control you. As long as you keep playing "the tape," they are succeeding. Even though the person may not be physically present in your life today, as long as you give their voice priority over your own, they are still in control of your mind.

When you're ready to take charge yourself, the steps are quite simple.

  1. Decide to re-focus the little voice in the back of your head.
  2. Prepare something new, more to your liking, to represent where you are headed in your life today.
  3. Replace the old thoughts with the new ones. Whenever you notice the old thoughts creeping back (which they most likely will at first, since that's your habit), then replace them again. Repeat.

That's it! Just like changing the playlist on your iPod. Engage mind and expect wholeness.

Affirmations For Healing - Body, Mind and Spirit

A few weeks ago, I hosted a booth at a public expo. People who stopped by were offered their pick from any of 5 affirmation cards to take home. Some people were delighted! In fact, a few asked if they could have more than one. Others were puzzled. They didn't really know what the cards were for or how an affirmation might support their goals.

Let's consider how an affirmation might promote healing. The word "affirmation" literally means "to make firm." An affirmation statement creates matter, in a round-about way, out of the words it contains.

If you are somewhat skeptical about this claim, please let me reassure you that I'm not implying that the words have any particular kind of magic. Thank goodness our language isn't quite that powerful! It would be a very lonely planet if anyone who had ever been the object of a careless "I wish so-and-so were dead" thought had indeed keeled over on the spot! Surely you would not be reading this article, as I myself would no doubt be long gone.

Here's how it does work. You habitually hold certain thoughts in your mind. If you stop to notice, you'll probably find that you repeat particular thought patterns over and over. For most of us, unless you've put some conscious order to your thoughts, they'll most likely be disempowering. This is because at some point or another in your life, something happened. You took it personally. And now you blame yourself.

Stop reading for a moment and notice the thoughts that are in your mind right now. If this idea is new to you, perhaps your thoughts have this kind of tone, "Yeah, well when you've had the kind of life I've had, what else would you think? Every time I look up, life is right there to beat me down."

Now let's consider the kinds of choices a person would make when they consistently operate from those instructions. Chances are they wouldn't step up to the plate very often on the their own behalf. Why bother? Anything they do is doomed to failure anyway. You won't very likely trip over a person with this mindset at the gym at 7 am. For one thing, he probably doesn't have the energy to drag himself over there!

But then again, he might. Some of us, despite our discouragement, keep trying. We just sabotage everything we do. We'll show up and ride the exercise bike for a half hour. We'll start off on the right track, and then sabotage it later with an ice cream or a big order of fries. You see, a person with this mindset cannot succeed, no matter how hard she tries. Success conflicts with a core belief! Until he changes his thinking, this guy absolutely has to fail! You wanna talk about frustration!

So let's change it up. This isn't going to happen by accident. The most efficient, effective way to change the conversation going on in the back of your mind is to choose a different one. Plan out in advance something constructive to listen to. Whenever you get the chance, change the channel. That's what we call an affirmation!

Affirmation: a planned positive message.

Let's say the fellow we eavesdropped on a few minutes ago wants a better life. Easy. All he has to do is "pre-record" a message like this one: "My life gets better every day!" Whenever he gets the chance, he reminds himself of that fact. And before you know it, he's making different choices.

When you choose from possibility, you make different choices than when you choose from "it'll never work." Those choices form the material basis of your words, your language, your affirmation. It's not magic. Yet it might seem that way, given how simple this plan really is. Why not give it a try?

How to Use Runes For Healing

Rune Healing

The subject of Rune Healing comes from a very wide field. There is a great deal of information on the Net about Rune Healing. You can find information about how the Vikings and our ancestors used Runes to heal.

But the bottom line to rune healing is energy. The New Paradigm of the Laws of Quantum Physics tell us that all is energy. You and I are energies, the runes are energies, our planet, Solar System, Galaxy and even the Universe is energy.

The Runes are keys to the Creative Energies of the Universe. They are the most powerful symbols and tools you can use to attract more health, wealth and love into your life.

Since we are energy beings we connect to all other energies in the Universe with our Auras. In fact the energies we carry in our Auras attract our physical realities. You want more health, wealth, and love? Then you must have the energy that vibrates to health, wealth and love in your Aura.

Then you must have the patience to allow these energies in you Aura to attract your new reality of health, wealth and love. It takes time.

Another powerful law of Quantum Physics is the law of Resonant Frequencies. A Rune UR symbol is a resonant frequency to the Universal healing energy. Like attracts like.

By practicing one of the following seven methods of Rune healing you can attract the healing energies of UR out of the Quantum Ocean of all energies and into your Aura.

Once the rune UR energy is in your Aura, it will start the healing process that will bring you health.

The following seven methods need a symbol of the UR Rune to be affective.. Copy the UR Rune at the end of this Article.

Rune Meditation: With the UR Rune in your lap relax, breathe deeply and meditate upon it. No thoughts just a simple runic meditation.
That is all you have to do. Your mind will make the needed connection.

Rune Breathing: With the Ur Rune in your lap, look at it and intone "I am now breathing the divine healing energy of the Rune Ur out of the Quantum Ocean and into my Aura."

Rune Yoga: Practice the Rune Ur body and hand postures.

Rune Magic: This is a wide open field for you. I have written several articles on Rune Magic. Pick and Choose the method you like.

Rune Mantras: The power of the spoken Rune Mantras is not to be overlooked.
Rune Radionics: The 21st century has not only given us the Laws of Quantum Physics, but also the Internet and the new Science of Radionics. Combining Runes with Radionics powers up all your Rune exercises.

Rune Cooking: Make a batch of your favorite cookies and inscribe or make an icing symbol UR on them. Every day eat one knowing that the laws of Resonant Frequencies will attract abd unleash the healing power of Ur into your body.

I have lightly touched on just seven healing methods. You can find details to each of these methods in my other articles and on my website.

Body Relaxation For Software Professionals

These days everybody is stressed in software companies. People are unable to communicate effectively, as a result many disputes arise. Body relaxation means the release of tension from the muscles and nerves, this gives a good feeling. Normally the physical stress of the body parts increases and we perform certain activities in tension. We loose control of the voice tone, concentration, coordination of the body parts, in short feel irritating. Body relaxation reduces this stress and gives the good feeling. A person can expereince body relaxation, through a series of exercises and blank mind. Your mind should be free of thoughts to relax.. It takes about 15-20 min to complete the procedure.

A software professional starts his/her daily work routine at about 9:30 a.m. at office. Most of the work is seated and doesn't involve much physical activity as a result the person gets, tired by physical inactivity on the chair. Mental stress is created by various psychological triggers at work hours. The person should take small break have a little walk , do little relaxation exercises in about 15- 20 minutes and get back to work. Stress is the result of inactivity of the body, less physical rest and indigestion.

Certain food can increase the body stress like coffee, tea, spicy meals, junk and oily food. To have a relaxed feeling, your digestive system should be working properly. As a thumb rule your stomach should be always 20-25 % empty.

Stomach breathing: helps to reduce the stress. You can do stomach breathing by a simple technique. While inhaling, your lower abdomen should expand and while breathing out, lower abdomen should contract. Breathe slowly.

Here is a simple exercise routine for body relaxation:

Neck: Walk normally for about 5 min and deep breathe. Come to the standing position and move your neck up, down, sideways and circuler movements to both the sides. Complete 10 slow repetitions. Take about 3-5 sec to complete each repetition.

Shoulders: Relax your shoulders by moving your hands from the shoulder joints. Move your hands in the inward and outward direction in circles. Try to create as much big circle as possible. Complete 10 repetitions for both inward and outward directions. Take about 5-10 sec to complete each circle.

Back: Relax your back muscles by moving your body sideways in standing position like a chopper; your hands should be straight. Move towards both the sides in 10 repetitions. Take about 5 sec to complete each repetition.

Legs: Move your legs 2 feets apart in the standing and bent down to touch the toe of your foot with the opposite hand. Move towards both the sides in 10 repetitions, Touch opposite hand fingers to opposite foot toe. Take about 3-5 sec to complete each repetition. Keep your mind, free of thoughts to relax your body

This whole exercise routine takes about 5 min, and you will notice the results yourself. You can take 1 min rest in between every exercise. Don't strain yourself, to complete the exercises. This complete exercise routine takes about 5 min, and you will notice the results yourself.

Natural Healing - Are You Fully Engaged?

Maybe you played sports in high school. If not, perhaps you played in the band. Tried out for a play. Got into dance, or cooking, or chess, or ... well just about anything. If you did, then you know the kids I'm talking about. They were in it to win. To excel. Whatever they did, they played full out and put their all into the game.

Then there were the others. A little more timid. Not so sure they had what it took. Tired, maybe. Perhaps they didn't get enough rest, or there was trouble at home, or they didn't eat right. Maybe the minute they walked through the door at the end of the day, they were yelled at; put down. Hard to say. But for some reason, they always held just a little back. You could feel it. They weren't in the game for the win. They were in because it was the thing to do.

Which kid were you? Which kid are you now?

If you're on this healing path for real, there's one thing you've gotta know. You must play full out. You may not have the luxury of a second chance. You sure don't have the luxury of being lazy. This is a game where you play to win; you play for keeps; you play for your life.

So what's the difference?

Easy. The difference is you.

See the game of playing to win is not so much about talent as it is about self-worth. Perceived limitations. Your personal history in keeping your word. And your willingness to make a mistake.

Now maybe you aren't in a life and death situation today. "It doesn't really matter if I lose those 10 pounds I said I was going to lose or not," you might reason. "Why stress myself over it? I've already got a lot on my plate. It really doesn't make that much difference."

Oh but it does. Doing what you said you were going to do builds integrity. Not doing what you said teaches you that you're a wimp and a liar. If "the big diagnosis" came tomorrow, would you want to face it in integrity ... or as a wimp and a liar? Pretty clear now, isn't it?

If I were to design the perfect wellness strategy for someone who may later need to overcome a serious illness (and I think that pretty much applies to all of us), it would be this. Set little, manageable goals. Meet and exceed them. Then set more. Every now and then, throw in something that you have absolutely no idea how to approach. Where you're completely clueless and in over your head! Challenge yourself good. Meet and exceed that one, too.

When "the big one" shows up, you'll be the one beating it. How come? Because you'll already have a history with yourself. You'll know you're worth the struggle, because you will have proved it to yourself many times over. You will have already pushed just a little harder when you thought there was nothing left to give -- and surprised yourself by finding strength that you previously didn't know you had.

Further, you'll have gained the confidence in your ability to fulfill and exceed a goal that once seemed unreachable. So "the big one" will be no bigger than, say, making your first million or manifesting and franchising that great business idea.

Playing to win? You bet. I'll meet you at the finish line.

Yama and Niyama - The Pillars of Proper Human Conduct

In keeping with the talk of "change" it is an excellent time to talk about the ideals of human behavior that could possibly bring about a change. First, a change in people's hearts and minds and then in society itself.

Yoga is not simply a system of exercise for keeping the body fit. It is a spiritual practice that gradually brings one closer to inner peace and ultimately self-realization. "Asana", the physical postures, is most widely thought of as yoga by many people, but these are only the beginning of practice.

"Pranayama", breathing techniques for directing the "prana", or life force, within the body is an even more important part of yoga practice. Finally the practice brings one to meditation and the ability to rise above the external objects of the senses. At this point the spiritual practice of yoga begins to open the door to freedom from material suffering and ultimately leads to "enlightenment".

Little emphasis is put on the principles of conduct that are essential for one to actually be able to enter into yoga as a spiritual practice or "sadhana". These principles are of the utmost importance and those that follow them find that the goals of "jnana" and "vairagya" (knowledge and detachment) actually coming within grasp once sincerely working towards the spiritual goals.

The "yamas" are the ways in which human beings should restrain their lower senses, almost akin to the "Ten Commandments" of Judaism and Christianity. They are as follows.

  1. Ahimsa: This means nonviolence in words and action, which will also dispel it even from one's thoughts. Not only should we not harm other people, but neither should we harm animals. A true yogi must be vegetarian for this reason.
  2. Satya: This means truthfulness. We should not lie nor be deceitful in our words, what to speak of our actions. There's something to be said for speaking in a palatable way, but one should always be straightforward and honest in their speech.
  3. Asteya: This is not taking what is not ours, not stealing from others or even living on borrowed money that cannot be repaid. Keeping promises, making your word your bond.
  4. Brahmacharya: Keeping celibacy when single, which is a principle (or should be) in one's youth, but it also means being faithful to one's partner in marriage. Promiscuity wastes the life force and causes emotional and psychic damage.
  5. Kshama: Patience is a virtue. Practice it with your children, with your elders and with others who do not always share your points of view or directives in life.
  6. Dhriti: Become steadfast and persevere to attain success in your goals in life. Fear is the greatest stumbling block on the path. It creates indecision and makes obstacles appear insurmountable. Overcome them and steadily you will achieve your goals.
  7. Daya: Compassion is the greatest attribute a person can possess. See the divine in all beings, sympathize with the suffering of others and be forgiving towards those who feel remorse for their wrongdoings.
  8. Arjava: Always maintain yourself and your loved ones by honest work. Don't cheat others thinking that this will achieve your ends in life. Within acknowledge your own shortcomings and try not to find fault with others.
  9. Mitahara: Do not eat too much and eat only when hungry. Only a diet of vegetarian foods will support the body and mind in a healthy condition. (Meat and non-vegetarian foods are obtained by violence and these dark energies will curtail peace in mind and heart.)
  10. Saucha: Purity in thought, words and actions should be our goal. Keep your body clean and your home environment clean. Speak courteously with others. Choose your association carefully. Better to stay alone than with bad association. Meditate and contemplate truth. Follow a path of "sadhana" to the best of your ability.

The "niyamas" are those practices of positive action, rather than restraint of lower urges. These bring us to a platform from which we can truly become happy in this world and the next.

  1. Hri: This is acknowledging when we have done wrong and feeling remorse. Proper actions include apology and correcting the wrong.
  2. Santosha: Be contented with what comes to you in life. Feel grateful every day and see the opportunity for spiritual growth from all life's events.
  3. Dana: Give in charity. Not only to those in need of food and shelter, but to those who are capable of bringing spiritual life to others. Don't look for recognition, but rather see opportunities as coming from God.
  4. Astikya: Have firm faith in yourself, in the saints and in the Vedas. Let nothing shake you from adherence to the higher path in which you shall experience the divine.
  5. Ishwara Pujana: Keep an altar or sacred space at home for meditation on the divine. Offer everything to God and then eat and accept all as his mercy. See guru as the representative of the Supreme Lord.
  6. Siddhanta Shravana: Listen and hear sacred mantra, teachings from the Vedas and the words of realized sages and saints. Worship the divine and pray for success on the spiritual path.
  7. Mati: This is inner cognition or awakening. Recognize higher knowledge and cultivate inner experience. Learn to hear with the "higher self".
  8. Vrata: Observing vows for spiritual advancement. These include vows for personal progress like becoming vegetarian, giving up bad habits like smoking as well as vows of marriage, to guru and God.
  9. Japa: Recitation of one's mantra given by one's teacher or guru. Concentrate and allow the sacred sound vibration to quell the chattering mind until stillness and harmony reign within.
  10. Tapas: Practice some austerity and bring a discipline into your spiritual practice and life.

By basing your life upon these principles you will be respected by everyone and you will attain success on the path of knowledge. Your present will be satisfying and your future will become ever brighter both materially and spiritually.

Natural Healing - The Moment of Choice

Your healing program is in full force. You've got it all mapped out. Healthy foods, daily walks, refreshing of dusty personal relationships, forgiving the past, moving forward with courage and compassion. So goes day one.

Day two: something happens.

Your dog loses his breakfast on the new carpet. The mail comes late. Your third cousin sends a disturbing email to the whole family. Bored teenagers spray-paint your privacy fence. It rains.

Come on, doesn't that stuff happen to you? Of course! It happens to everyone. But there are times when the distraction provides just the fuel you were hoping for. Perhaps you take it personally, or maybe it makes you mad. Either way, it drains you of your energy and resolve.

You're exhausted. And you now have the perfect excuse to skip your walk, prop yourself up with a big bag of cheese puffs, and call off the whole thing. At least for today.

Or not. Your choice. You could just take a big breath and follow the plan.

That little choice point is the most powerful moment of your life. And it happens over and over again.

Here's the all-important question. Do you notice that moment of pure power? Or does it slide right by? The process of consistently distinguishing those choice points is one of the most powerful skills that most of us will ever develop. We might call it heightened awareness.

When a person runs their life on auto-pilot, choice-point moments usually go unnoticed. Although they'd planned on ordering a salad, somehow the waitperson delivers a cheeseburger and fries to their spot at the table. Of course they don't want to be rude. They eat it.

How did the cheeseburger get there? Who ordered it?

Who knows?

Here's a simple little trick for making those moments easier to identify: Schedule them. Write them in your day planner. Pre-screen them in your mind.

In the case of a restaurant food choice, you might write out your expected meal in your planner. On your way to the restaurant, picture yourself looking at the menu, making the healthy choice, smiling at the waitperson as you order, and relishing the meal that arrives at your place. Imagine the sense of satisfaction you'll have as you leave the restaurant, knowing that you kept your word to yourself and followed your plan.

It really doesn't matter that the person you were meeting arrived a few minutes late, you didn't get to sit by the window, or that the waitperson was wearing your least favorite color. What matters is that you get to feel good.

As a wellness coach, this is one of the skills my participants play around with as they go through a healthy living project. Noticing the choice-point moment. Of course it's natural that once a person ups their awareness skills, the nature of their choices tends to change. Just a side effect. But in this case, it's a side effect that most people really like!

The Best Way to Heal Yourself

Can We Heal Ourselves?

My daughter was struggling to get over a lingering winter cold. She had been coughing for almost a month. I suggested she get some blood work done to see if she had an infection. But she had other ideas. One of her yoga students is an intuitive healer. The title sounded suspicious to me I wasn't buying it but I kept my doubts to myself. During her session the healer moved some blocked energy releasing inflammation. My daughter claims she immediately felt better.

I wondered if this was an example of the placebo effect or if this woman truly had healing powers. Medicine is confounded with the placebo effect and why it affects patients so profoundly. Anthropologist Daniel Moerman in his book "Meaning, Medicine and the Placebo Effect" says this effect is a misnomer and widely misunderstood. Moerman believes that the critical ingredient in the placebo dynamic is the doctor. What the doctor believes and how it's communicated deeply affects a patients healing.

So when does real healing begin?

Hippocrates the father of modern medicine was a holistic doctor. He was closely connected with his patients, he knew their dispositions, their families, their dietary habits, even which direction their house faced. He recorded and considered all of these in deciding upon a final diagnosis and treatment. Hippocrates recognized that the essence of medicine is profoundly human. He knew how to communicate with his patients; he understood that healing requires trust.

What all of this implies is that the mind and the body are not separate. Our thinking deeply affects the machinery of our body.

Failure to thrive is a medical term used to describe children who have stunted development. It's unclear why but doctors know this affliction is not a result of any single physical process that science can identify. What they do know is the condition is reversed when children are in a sufficiently loving and nurturing environment. Real healing is not just biological, it is in the contact and the bond.

My daughter's experience might sound light new age babble. A bit on the edge of believability but it's not much different than the patient who goes to their doctor and is prescribed an antibiotic for the common cold. Doctors know that antibiotics don't work for viral infections but prescribe them anyway because it's become the accepted norm for both patients and physicians. It's medical marketing you pay for a cure and get one. What usually happens is within a couple of days the patient feels better. This is owned to the fact that the virus has run its course instead of the effectiveness of the treatment.

Baseless persistent assertions of medical truth are common in the lay world. What's not so common is the power of the intuitive healer. I had to wonder which one made more sense. The overuse of antibiotics has resulted in resistant strains of bacteria the use of moving blocked energy has as far as I know hurt no one.

I'm not suggesting that people forgo sound medical treatment when it's necessary but I do believe there's a certain amount of healing created by positive energy. Perhaps this energy is the mental boost that moves our body's immune system into a higher gear. There's still much we don't know or understand. What's really needed to create a better system for all of us is a paradigm shift. We have to invest in a system that favors human contact and communication. A system that does not respond to a patients demands like the market place. We also have to take more responsibility for ourselves and examine the connections between our own mental energy and how our body feels.

Use Your Mind to Change Your World

If you are looking to really change your life and to change the world that you live in, you have to become accustomed to the idea that it all starts within your mind first. Every action that you take in life is preceded by thought, so if you want to change your actions, you have to change your thoughts.

And your actions are what will change your effect on your world. If you want to taste more success in your career, you have to take actions that will produce that success. Therefore, you have to have thoughts that will produce those actions. The same can be said if you want to change your level of physical fitness or any area of your life, for that matter.

IT ALL STARTS WITHIN YOUR MIND!

Many people try o keep the same thinking patterns and produce the same thoughts and yet they would like their situations or their world to change. You cannot do this unless you start at the beginning of it all. It has to come from within if it is going to change on the outside. Keeping the same though patterns and allowing the same habits to control your life will only produce the same results that you have been experiencing.

Go ahead. Change your world. Make it more of what you want it to be and less of what you don't want it to be. Just know where to start and eventually you will get to the right finish. All that it takes is a little bit of faith and the right knowledge!

Take Out Your Trainers For a Nicer Nightly Nap!

There's no doubt about the importance of regular and sound sleep for optimum health, and one of the benefits of regular exercise is the fact that it also helps to encourage better sleep patterns. By exercising there are benefits such as a reduction in stress levels that will also help you to relax more easily and this in turn will help you to sleep better.

You should not however exercise just before going to bed as the stimulation that you get from exercise can hinder your chance of going to sleep - the best times to exercise are in the morning or early afternoon. This is not always convenient and many people are unable to exercise any time earlier than after work. If this is the case then it is still best to exercise as early as possible and allow a little to unwind and relax before retiring for the night.

As your sleep patterns become more regular from the exercise your energy levels will increase from the additional sleep and this in turn will allow you to exercise more often and for longer periods. With exercise and sleep complimenting one another you can make quite rapid gains in fitness and overall health provided you exercise consistently.

If you don't focus on getting good sleep, then there is a possibility you could wind up over training if you are exercising intensively. Aside from good exercise and good sleep, you must always maintain good nutrition.

Nutrition also has a bearing on your ability to sleep well, so as you can see, you need balance in your life to get the most out of it. When any element is missing and there is something out of balance all else suffers. Even a little exercise will help a lot over a period of time, as will increasing your sleep and relaxation time.

How to Work With Healing Light to Transform Your Life

The healing light is real, and it can transform your life. There are various frequencies of light, which can raise the level of vibration. The more powerful and positive is your thinking, the greater is the intensity of the light you emit. And because the light is electromagnetic by nature, the greater is its ability to attract to you health, abundance, and happiness when it is emanating from you in its greatest illumination. Your aura is made of light, as are your chakras, also called "Wheels of Light." These energetic aspects of your being react to feelings and thoughts, and they reflect the state of your emotional and physical health. Chakras reflect the health of your love, relationships, communication, creativity and connection with the Source. When you're illuminated, you can go beyond mind and thoughts into the infinite and into the power of healing. Here is where the true power of transformation lies. The inner light mirrors the great outer light, the infinite energy of the universe. We come from this light, and we return to it after the body is finished with its earthly work.

The Healing Room of Light

If you'd like to do a special process, you may imagine a healing room of light. There is golden white light beaming from the ceiling, walls, and floor. You may sit in the center of the room. You can get in touch with current difficulties, and you bring them forth for the light to touch and heal. The light beams on you and on the difficulties (any kind of difficulty - emotional, physical, or mental). And as the light beams, you experience your vibrational power increasing, as the light brings you into harmony with the higher powers.

The Ball of Light

This is a process that has become well-known, originally brought forth by Israel Regardie in his tiny volume, The Art of True Healing. You experience a luminescent brilliant ball of light twirling and rotating through the various chakras at the base of the spine, the pelvis, the solar plexus, the chest, the throat, mid-forehead and the top of the head. As the light vibrates and dances though each chakra, it clears it and cleanses it and brings it into harmony with the highest levels.

Bringing More Light to the Darkness of the World

As we know all too well, the earth is going through great transformation. There is great travail in the physical world, and profound losses are overtaking millions on our planet. If we look at another side to this story, the world is both darkness and light, expansion and contraction, yin and yang. It is fierce and idyllic, blinded by darkness and filled with eternal light. As we project images of a beautiful world, so we can send out possibilities for the world's ultimate transformation even in the face of its difficulties.

This Little Light of Mine, I'm Going to Let it Shine

Beyond the dualities of darkness and light is a world of supreme perfection and brilliant light. Let's go there in our minds and in our hearts and bring healing wherever there is need.

Healthy Lifestyle - Outcome Goals Vs Performance Goals

You start the new year, "I am going to lose 30lbs this year." It seems appropriate that a new year, a new resolution is a new you. "Right?" says your wellness coach, "maybe not."

Let's take a look where you are in your energy. Are you on the outcome targets (things you do not have direct control over) or are you on the performance goals (things you directly control)?

It is something that thousands of people each year. What are you really think that this year that you are not in the last year? Wait, I know, this year you will be the weight of (earnings targets). But how likely is that to happen? They start a lot. They walk, run, eat healthy, a lot of rest and drink plenty of water. But before the geese fly north for the summer to be bored you healthy. Now you start to let negative thoughts creep in. Things like: "There is too much work for the night before lunch," "I'm too tired to get out of bed to exercise in the morning." Before you begin: You had applied for the error, either because you'll achieve your goal or not, even if you do not have direct control. Performance targets on the other side are realistic goals. These are things we have direct control over.

For example, if you do not eat breakfast, do not exercise, eat a bowl of ice every evening a 9pm the result is that your weight will increase. You have not directly cause your weight up, it happened because you do not your performance. Consistent performance and affect your results.

ask a few questions. How does it feel when you estimate your weight loss goal for the week or month? Get on your resolution? Yes? Then, how much different would you feel if you are on a realistic way of life change (Performance Target)? You decide what you are willing to change your lifestyle. We now want the breakfast as an example. You've noticed that you do not eat breakfast every day and it is something that you should do to be healthier. They were on the market, where cereal, fruit, yogurt, etc. Now you're in your second week, if you remember, you leave the house without eating breakfast. What now? Feel like you can not or are you simply have breakfast the next day? I'm willing to bet that if you just started fresh again the next day that you do not feel too bad. However, if you weigh yourself and not lose as much as you want, that you would be willing to give. You can use an example that the same scenario, exercise, snack choice, lunch, part size, etc.

Please note that the problem with the result that it is does not mean that you have a realistic changes to your lifestyle habits and decisions. So if your goal, you begin to believe that to live again, as you have before you reached your destination. Once you do, your weight, in this scenario begins with the back.

change of lifestyle and a lifestyle habit. Make a healthy habit, and you are healthier for the rest of your life!

The Three Elements of Emotional Acceptance

A few years ago I read a number of well-known books about curing anxiety and panic attacks to overcome in the preparation of my own attacks but could not quite understand what the author means when it comes to the realization emotional acceptance . I tried to positive self-talk without success and could not understand why I did not realize the emotional reactions before they occurred.

During the exploration of the structure of the brain, I discovered that all the sensory signals, including those from the body, in the limbic (mammals) in mid-brain first, and the unconscious mind makes the decision whether or not to an emotional reaction to an impetus to the consciousness even get to see the momentum - the unconscious is only the message that eh, look what I just did! ? but that does not mean we are doomed to fail, so stay with me. I've learned how to cheat.

If we do not directly influence the subconscious to stop unwanted emotional reactions, as we do it? Unfortunately, we have to do it the hard way - that is because the subconscious is not show-tell.

change Unconscious faith

If you want your subconscious to believe that elephants are safe, within the framework for a long time, you have to make them again and again by the meeting for an elephant a long period of time (do not do this at home, folks). ?

In situations where we have a current standard-setting unconscious fear sees this as a potential life-threatening situation, and it is to the recordings, until shown otherwise long enough. Long enough, as long as it takes. We're sorry, that's how it works. ?

To get the picture - the unconscious is not show-tell.

Why Emotional acceptance is difficult to reach

When you work with and re-shaping of the unconscious, we are working with a part of ourselves that is a repository for every decision, every position, and the faith the associated intense emotional experience that we have ever had. The unconscious is full of prejudices and judgments, notwithstanding the fact that not even this subconscious judgments. Decisions are made to it by our conscious mind. Our conscious mind these judgments and, if such decisions were made to the unconscious of the unconscious is as if it was said, what is proof to the contrary. ?

All our judgments are either acceptance or non-acceptance decisions - we must be very carefully about what we quickly judge. For example, if you have a strong reaction to the fear of something and do not think you should get a response to the fear that the matter, and for three seconds short look at the emotional reaction itself and say I'm crazy! Your subconscious may believe you. If it only to an immediate reaction second fear on the basis of these thoughts and attempts, the first reaction to fear, then creates a second response afraid intense than the first answer. At this point, you think you have lost - they are definitely crazy! Now you're stuck in panic quicksand - the more you fight the worse it gets.

Things are still difficult, because our fear of reactions from close access to memory and thought processes, creating a kind of mental fog. It is impossible to see? the simple thought of the result that it happened in the first place.

panic attacks, along with other emotional blocks (emotional reactions that we have judged as not acceptable to us) are difficult to remove, as an "unconscious" feedback cycle has been set up - our subconscious mind believes there is a danger because we feel bad, and we feel bad, because our subconscious mind remind us, by a negative emotional response.

To remove all these emotional blockages as the unconscious emotional needs in the block and kept there. It is as if your subconscious is a best friend to try to convince them to deal with a lion, because you know the lion is safe. The friend must deal with the most experience, feeling that all of their reactions, before a change in their deepest beliefs. After a while the truth dawns that the lion is not really dangerous, and the unconscious is a permanent change. I suggest you try only with toy stuffed lion or you lose all your friends.

the subconscious as your employees

Another useful way to think about how the conscious and unconscious thoughts will cooperate to the conscious mind is the CEO of a large company and the unconscious is the workforce. When the directors tell the staff they are suddenly all going in the opposite direction to the way they have for many years the directors should not be too surprised if the staff put up a bit of a struggle. Your consciousness has, as a leader in this scenario and drag the workforce and are screaming into the new direction. The

three elements Emotional acceptance

followed up and your staff are always screaming, and then, finally, fully into the emotional reaction, you may wonder what it is that you are looking for if you use it. You are in search of three elements:

  • the emotional response

  • the issue

  • agreement before and after the emotional distance.

emotional response

Trapped emotional responses contain a wealth of information and have an amazing ability to store memories linked experience in exquisite detail. Since the unconscious does not know the difference between a real event imagine and you can recall an emotional experience, without the original real-world people or places are also available. The subconscious will believe you really are, and will eventually be annexed to draw. They should wage and rest breaks, but how do strenuous work, and you need professional support, as a consultant.

edition

If you can not see the problem immediately, do not worry - everything you need to deal with the emotional reaction. If, as you are on the answer, you begin to think about which they feel guilty or belief you the answer is wrong to start this is your non-acceptance of the verdict to speak - they say there is no such thing as a false emotional reaction and with the work. You can tell him that because it is true - you have to ensure the non-acceptance and that's where it starts.

If you have raised the issue in your mind that is an advantage - but be patient, because sometimes the obvious, is not always the current issue. The subconscious will not allow that emotional release to fully take place until it connects with the actual original question.

Let us say, for example, that the emotional reaction is blind rage and you think that the problem of a person abused you in the past. You will find, however, that no matter how much you imagine dealing with this person, vent your spleen in the interests of the emotional energy, emotional reaction is not clear. You give up? No? You accept that you have not yet found the real problem. The real question may be that several people have (in your imagination) lined up together and you get your emotional reaction. ?

You can find that a single line set with not-very-nice words suddenly flies out of your mouth on the imaginary line-up and your thoughts that is it? That is what I needed to say! and find the emotional response has unloaded.

The Agreement

It is important that you speak to in the agreement with the process, how you do it. Even after the emotional charge has been released and cleared from your system, you must be this way, because if you do not use the next time you are in a similar situation, you could have the same non-adoption of decisions and emotional blockade again. ?

Unitisation

What we want to achieve here is what I call unitisation , and this includes the creation of a fully experimental exposure to the first capture experiences during this time accordance with the emotional response instead of fighting. Since the question of how a needle, and the emotional reaction, because the thread, we thread the needle again and again until all the emotional energy, through the bottleneck. ?

There Yet are we?

There comes a point in the process when you know you can no longer be the emotional reaction. Your subconscious has used and how it is not so boring to more emotional. As you will recall, had an emotional problem, you will know you have the opportunity to get emotional about it in the future, if you want, but you do not.

And there you are - a fully completed emotional response cycle unitised and tucked away in your mental airing cupboard, never to be seen again.
